Training dates are (always starts at 6pm), Runners only.
Week 1 - Mon 7th and Wed 9th Nov.
Week 2 - Mon 14th , Wed 16th , Fri 18th Nov
Week 3 - Mon 21st, Wed 23rd, Fri 25th Nov
Week 4 - Mon 28th, Wed 30th Nov , Fri 2nd Dec
Week 5 - Mon 5th, Wed 7th, Fri 9th Dec

Once training breaks up mid Dec all players will receive a training program for the period b/w mid Dec and end of January when training commences again.
