No.: 13

Position: Anywhere and Everywhere

Nickname(s): Leedsy, Cleo, T-bone, Tommy,

Occupation: CSO,

AFL Team: Richmond

Current Supercoach Ranking: Not nearly high enough, somewhere in the 30,000 mark I think

Best value for money Supercoach player in your side? probably Fyfe. Great get early

What Club are you coming from? Old Scotch Football Club

Memory of first Kew FC game? Getting headbutted from Cochy as we both flew for a ball in the air. He has a very strong jaw

Have you ever been sent off in a game? No

—–
Tom injured his leg two weeks ago against West Brunswick

Can you please provide us with a full run down of your injury and your recovery? After ariving at the emergency ward I had an xray which showed that I had broken the Fibula as it enters the ankle, on top of that the Tibia was displaced inwards. I had surgery on the sunday by Dr Jit Balakumar and currently have to keep the ankle up for 2 weeks before a reveiw with Jit and hopefully can start walking around with a moon boot.

What’s the wisest thing you have ever been told?
Positive Energy allows for positive gain. Always look for the silver lining in any situation.

When you are walking down project runway or in the latest edition of Cleo, do you think “the boys of Kew FC will love this”?
Every single moment, ill have to get photos for the boys

Rate your blue steele in comparison to Derrick Zoolander’s and Cocky’s.
Cocky’s is an underrated look and should be utilized and given for all the world to see. Ill see if I can hook him up with some people.

When are you going to shave those sideburns?
2022

Your post-game attire is very suave, however your pre game attire makes up of matching green YMCA tracksuits. What is your thought process behind this?
Trying to start a new fashion trend by bringing green back.

Has your latest injury setback improved your relationship with the club trainers or at the very least involved any extra treatment of any kind?
Building a relationship with the medical staff is a very important step for those playing sport, they are there to help you get back on your feet as soon as possible. I will find out soon enough how strong that is.

How is it moving back home? You are truly living the dream now.
Spoilt rotten from Annie’s great cooking, after raising four boys she knows how to put on a great spread

For those who have not experienced the green whistle, explain the high sensation?
Like floating on a cloud

Is it true that Scotty Norm the most attractive nurse at Epworth Hospital?
I didn’t see him directly but there was almost a hush tone of admoration, a tone of respect, almost as if he is revered in ledgendary statis around the hospital. Something I have never experienced before

Do you think Scotty Norm is worthy of a spot in the forward line?
I can see the great man himself wheeling around on his right 50 out next to the boundary line and putting it through the middle, with both hands in the air celebrating…. before Frodo comes up behind him and starts berating him asking him why he didnt kick to him.

What did you do last Saturday night?
Very little, watched the footy,

Position: Forward Pocket or Half Back as of recent weeks

Nickname(s): Cat, Sef, Seffa, Pussy, Magic, Choco, Fev

Occupation: Student, Barman

AFL Team: Carlton and Brendan Fevola

Current Supercoach Ranking:
Not sure gave up on it after round 1

Best value for money Supercoach player in your side?
Brendan Fevola

What Club are you coming from?
Old Xavs and Balwyn

Memory of first Kew FC game?
Played in the 2s, there was a lot of hype about my first game and I didn’t let the club down … Dominated, probs had about 30 touches … it was very Chris Judd like.

Have you ever been sent off in a game?
Not that I can recall but I did get reported once after a game for telling an umpire where to go!

What’s the wisest thing someone has ever told you?
“You see how they bounce, that means they are real”

What is your favourite Cat Stevens song?
Don’t know any, I only listen to Michael Jackson … u have to ask Beaser for a cat stevens song

When Fevola left Carlton, did you think “Fuck, what do I do with my number plates now”?
It was a bit awkward at the time, but I still have them on my car now because after his bag of 11 goals yesterday, his making a return to the blues next yr , u heard it here first.

You just turned 22, but you have been shaving since you were 12, what do you put this down to?
Don’t be jealous mate that I pull off the rugged look so well but I would put this down to my exotic ethnic background.

When you look at your opponent on game day, do you think “I could bench press you”?
Yep I do and I do bench a lot, ill let them know about that as well, its actually insulting that the opposition play indiviuals like that on someone who has the strength and freakish ability that I have.

Your internet persona is twice as big as your arms, so, how much do you bicep curl?
When im using a bar I curl 72kg when im using dumbbells I curl 38kg with each arm.

When you go shopping for footy boots, do you think, “I want a subdued colour palette on my boots this year”?
Yes, hence the pink boots … my boots bring people to the footy. Im still waiting for some decent abuse from the opposition, just receiving the usual boring abuse at the moment.

What are your thoughts on being reinvented as a backman? Are you more of a dashing Leon Davis and Chris Yarran type or Dennis Armfield and Kyle Hardingham hack?
I think it shows how well im going that 13 games into the season im being reinvented as a backman … I would see myself as Chris Yarran type, we look similar, built the same, our skills are awesome and we are slick movers, so yes I would say im like Chris Yarran.

You have been known to sing a bit of karaoke in your time; do you put this down to your thriving relationship with Kath Karaoke or your desire for centre stage? What is your favourite song to perform?
I am at my best when im on centre stage but I would put this more to my thriving relationship with Kath, we do get on very well, she is a remarkable woman and has a beautiful voice so everyone should get down to the Harp on a Saturday night and sing a song with the Awesome Kath Karaoke. Favourite song to perform is Billie Jean, brought the house down couple weeks ago When I sang it with Tessa.

Do you think Scotty Norm is worthy of a spot in the forward line? Definitely, the man is a superstar. Put him up forward Beaser or Matty Jack.

What did you do last Saturday night?
Went to Tinetti Junior’s house for a few beers, then went up to the Harp to see Kath Karaoke. That’s all I remember of the night.
